Hi! My name is LynnRose, born and raised in beautiful Montana. I am passionate about the outdoors and everything Mother Nature has to offer.
I found my love for Reflexology when I was at a ripe age of 20 =) It started after stumbling across a book about Reflexology while browsing in a health food store. After reading the book I started practicing on friends and family or anyone who would let me work on their feet or hands.
I did not open an office until 2019 after I received my first certificate for Reflexology through Bonnie with Bonnie's Reflexology. As ironically as it is, my first office started in a health Food Store, SunDrop Health Food in Columbia Falls, MT. I then moved my office in 2021 to a little place most refer to as the "Little Blue building with the foot on it", I call it my Hobbit Hole =)
2021 was a year of growth for me personally and in business. As 2022 unfolds I am working on becoming an instructor for the International Institute of Reflexology with the dream to teach my love of Reflexology to others. I have also received certificates through The Kruchik Method of Reflexology for T.O.P. 1, T.O.P. 2, and Maternity and Childbirth.

The art of Reflexology can be traced back to 2330 B.C. in ancient Egypt and also in India and China. Reflexology as we know it today is attributed to the work of Eunice Ingham, an American Therapist.
